In that time, she was responsible for the design and production of the Goodstart Gazette, a monthly publication which is issued to our centres and more than 13,000 employees. The result of her design and expertise is an informative, exciting and interesting read which has become an essential tool for communicating with our people, both at a centre level, and at a board level. Georgina knows how to trouble shoot, solve problems and support the team, working collaboratively at all times. She is passionate about producing quality, innovative products.Madeline Healy, Communication and content specialist, Goodstart Learning
Georgina Smith’s collaborative approach to working with clients and holistic approach to design are a refreshing change. She helped make the process of a major reinvigoration of a decades old publication into an enjoyable and exciting exercise. Georgie helped us turn our newsletter with no central theme into a quality quarterly magazine with a central theme to content and design. Her advice, talent and knowledge played a very large part in the successful reinvention of our flagship Networking magazine into a publication we are very proud of. Steven Henderson, Communications and Media Manager, Churches of Christ in Queensland

Georgie’s attention to detail, efficiency, work ethic and professionalism, is second to none. Her design work always compliments the brief and brings it to life, rather than distracting from it; she is always on task. I have worked with her on a whole suite of marketing collateral, and from strategy to execution. Fun to work with, creative and dedicated, I recommend Georgie Girl Design without hesitation. Michelle Bou-Samra, Pharmacist, Business Consultant, Cafe owner, Fullife Foundation Director

I am a coffee addict and lover of Burger Rings, a good magazine and Byron Bay, who is a highly skilled Graphic Designer with excellent communication skills living in Brisbane, Australia. I work remotely for the majority of my clients, who are littered across Australia and I continued to service these clients whilst I was living in Jerusalem in 2015. I created Georgie Girl Design after a 15 year stint working for News Corp Australia in a variety of senior graphic design roles producing marketing and editorial material in both the metropolitan and community newspaper titles in Sydney and Brisbane. I also have a good grasp on retail catalogues having spent many years cutting out bromide photos of furniture for Super A-Mart catalogues and witnessed the first Mac in the office, which was shared between four designers. I have upskilled constantly throughout the last few years to make sure that I am relevant with the ever changing technology in my industry, completing a range of digital courses as well as studying for a Certificate 4 in Web technology. I am now a self appointed tech geek with an obsession for all things digital, which compliments my years in publishing nicely.
